Introductory

                      I am a 23yr old single mom of a 2yr old baby boy who is my whole world. I was in a four year very long relationship we had gotten engaged in Mexico came back to the US found out two weeks later that we were pregnant... Let's just say my ex wasn't too thrilled and blamed it all on me. He ended up warming up to the idea of having a child, took a lot of convincing that this little bump growing wasn't going to just magically disappear though. To make a long story short we ended  up buying a house together and all was glamorous... or so I thought. We were exact opposites, and I mean EXACT opposites. We grew apart and I ended up leaving with our son, we are still on good terms and just better off as friends... But this blog isn't about me and my ex, it's about the experiences I have gone through since then and being a Strong single mother living on her own in this days closed off world. 
                   Here's a little bit of a background. I grew up in Renton, Washington and I have never lived anywhere else. I am the youngest of 5 siblings. Grew up in a religious household and I don't really speak to my dad, hence my Daddy issues :) which will apply to all of my dating life! I have a great relationship with my Mother she is one of my best friends and even though sometimes her advice can be off kilter she is an amazing support system! 
                  My dating life was pretty plain and boring ever since I was 18 since I was with my "babydaddy" for 4 years, and ever since him and I broke up... well it's been a fun, interesting, not so exciting, roller coaster ride. Which all started about 7-8months ago!
